Who is eligible to enter?

This Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), aged 18 years or over. Excludes employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion including employees and officers (and their immediate family) of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group.

 

How long is the promotional period?

The main promotion opens 09:00 BST on 23.10.23 – 23.59 GMT 31.12.23.  Purchases must be made and online entries completed within this period for a chance to win. Any entries received after the close of the Main Promotional Period will be allocated to the Wrap Up Draw.

There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 03.03.24 from all valid entries received between 00:00 on 01.01.24. and 23:59 on 01.03.24. Any entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period will be ineligible and will not be entered into the draw.

 

How do I enter?

To enter participants must purchase during the Main Promotional Period  either a participating promotional pack of Aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire Puddings or Roast Potatoes from all major retailers, subject to availability and whilst stocks last:

  • Aunt Bessie’s Glorious Golden Yorkshires 190g
  • Aunt Bessie’s Glorious Golden Yorkshires 342g
  • Aunt Bessie’s Roast Potatoes 720g
  • Aunt Bessie’s Roast Potatoes 1.3kg

Entrants are then required to visit www.auntbessiesgifts.co.uk, and enter the batch code found on pack, along with full name, mobile telephone number and valid email address (which is accessible throughout the promotion) during either the Main Promotional Period or Wrap Up Draw Period.  The batch code is 10 digits long and can be found on the back of pack in a white panel near the nutritional table

All entries will be eligible for the corresponding daily and weekly draw and Online Instant Win during the Main Promotional Period.

How will I know if I've won?

Winners of the daily and weekly prize draws will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number they submitted on entry, within 7 days of each draw date.

Winners in the online instant win will be notified instantly if they are a winner or not on screen.  The unique coupon link to download and print the £1 off coupon will be emailed to the email address submitted upon entry.

 

How do I claim my prize?

You'll need to follow the instructions in the text message you receive. This will ask you to email us  within 14 days to confirm your personal details, URN featured in your confirmation text message and attach a photograph of your receipt and promotional packaging. We'll then email or call you to arrange your prize. Please make sure you reply within 14 days, otherwise you may not be able to claim your prize! Please see full T&C’s here

 

How many times can I enter?

Only one email address and one mobile number may be used to enter per person. Maximum of 1 entry per day per person/email/number across both the main promotional period and wrap up draw period.

Each entry must have a qualifying purchase and receipt which predates the entry.

 

How many prizes could I win?

You could win a maximum of one of each type of prize per person.

 

Can I enter without purchasing Aunt Bessie’s?

No sorry! Purchase is necessary and will need the relevant code from your pack to enter. Internet access is required to enter.

 

Why won't my code work?

Please double check the code you are entering matches the code on the promotional pack. In the unlikely event that your code still doesn't work, please contact customerservices@birdseye.co.uk

 

What constitutes as a receipt?

Because entry requires the purchase of Aunt Bessie’s, you'll need the receipt you were given when you purchased your pack. This must pre-date your entry and you will be asked to send a photograph to claim your prize.

How will winners be selected?

During the Main Promotional Period, 1 x All-Inclusive Jet2holiday is to be won in 10 x weekly prize draws. A winner will be chosen every week (for 10 weeks) by a randomized computer process for all valid entries received in that week between 09:00 BST on 23.10.23 – 23.59 GMT 31.12.23.

During the Main Promotional Period, 1 x Tower Vortx 9L Duo Basket Air Fryer is to be won in 70 x deekly prize draws. A winner will be chosen every day (for 70 days) by a randomized computer process for all valid entries received in that week between 09:00 BST on 23.10.23 – 23.59 GMT 31.12.23.

During the Main Promotional Period, 20,000 winning moments (i.e. 20,000 x £1 off selected Aunt Bessie’s frozen products coupon) have been randomly pre-selected (date, hours, minutes, seconds) and evenly distributed via a secure, independently verified computer algorithm.

 

If I win a Jet2holiday or an Air Fryer, how will I receive it?

Once holiday winners are validated, our team will be in touch to arrange booking of your holiday

Once Air Fryer winners are validated, our team will arrange to post your Air Fryer to the address supplied at point of entry via secure delivery

 

Can I exchange my prize for cash?

Unfortunately not, all prizes are as specified. Please see T&C's for full details of your prize and any restrictions.

 

I've submitted my receipt for validation, why haven't I heard anything?

Please allow 14 days for validation and confirmation, if you have not received a response in this period please email winner@auntbessiesgifts.co.uk stating your name, email and URN used to claim.

How do I claim my £65 off Jet2holidays voucher?

Following entry, all entrants will be shown a URN code on-screen and given the option to choose and claim their voucher instantly by clicking the link provided and claiming immediately, or requesting the URN code be emailed to them to the address supplied at point of entry on auntbessiesgifts.co.uk for them to use at a later date.  With either option entrants will be able to click the link and enter their unique code when prompted when booking their holiday. Holidays much be booked by 31st December 2024, one code per person.  Please see T&C’s for full restrictions.
